Pros/Cons regarding the ability to change codes to our lifestyle.
Below is a snippet of the Palm Beach Board of County Commissioners discussing with the Executive Director of Code Enforcement, Ramsay Bulkeley and our ability to add/change/delete codes that we wish if becoming a municipality. This does not include State or County “Statutes” that are actual laws regarding issues like health and building code laws. Ordinances on the other hand, the items that we are being cited for mainly, are able to be changed. See video below.

Resolution of Support from the ITID BOS allowing for the district to remain as an independent district and for the transfer of certain district assets and liabilities to the Village as relied upon in the updated feasibility study and set out in the Charter.
On 11/17/2021, we gave a presentation to the ITID BOS on the updates to the feasibility study and charter and requested a resolution of support.
The following updated Charter was submitted to Tallahassee on 11/12/2021 and to the local delegation on 11/16/2021, reflecting the amendments to keep the ITID, an independent district transferring certain assets to the municipality upon incorporation.
